information about this project:
- We developed a system that detects nuclei in early embryos of Caenorhabditis elegans using
images taken by a 4-dimensional (4D) Nomarski differential interference
contrast (DIC) microscope.

- Requirements
- The programs run in a personal computer, whose OS is the
Linux Fedora Core 3. If you cannot prepare the same computer
environment nor execute the programs, contact us and give you
instructions
or the other binary programs that would run in your computer
environment. The program
does not support the Apple Macintosh platform.
